Meet the management team behind MCS. Below you can put a face to the name you speak or email with.
Co founder and joint Managing Director of MCS, David has worked in the residential property industry since 1983. Firstly within the Estate Agency Business and since 1987 he has dedicated his career to residential property management.
He has a very hands on approach in the day to day running of MCS and with its client base. Specializing in new build properties David works closely with developer house builders when they are looking at new schemes.
Outside work David enjoys his family life and enjoys a round of golf when time allows.
Co Founder and joint Managing Director of MCS, Jill has worked in the residential property management industry since 1989, and therefore has extensive knowledge of the business.
Jill is married with two daughters who have families of their own, so Jill’s interest is with her family and grandchildren, but also enjoys holidays, good food and socialising.
Head of Property Management at MCS, Anthony has worked in the residential block management industry since 2008. He is currently an Member of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM).
Anthony oversees the running of the MCS portfolio making sure compliance and best practice is being adhered to. Anthony has a good technical understanding of many aspects of block management.
Outside of work Anthony likes to spend time with his young family and follows his favourite football team Tottenham, of which he is a season ticket holder. Anthony is also a level 1 football coach and helps with grassroots youth football.
Daniel can boast 10 years’ experience within the Property Industry having also worked within the Estate Agency sector.
In his spare time Daniel plays golf and enjoys Holidays Abroad to rest and recharge the batteries. Daniel for his sins is a Tottenham season ticket holder.
Carl has worked as a Property Manager since 2013. In that time he has gained much experience and knowledge of the industry, and also qualified as an Associate of the Institute of Residential Property Management (AIRPM), and will soon be working towards his MIRPM qualification. Carl enjoys all the varied aspects of property management.
Outside of work Carl enjoys spending valuable time with his family, cooking, theatre and playing football. He is also an avid Stevenage FC supporter.
Kerry has been a member of the team at MCS since 2011 and currently manages a varied portfolio which includes new build developments.
Before joining MCS she worked within the government sector in varied roles for numerous years.
Outside of work Kerry enjoys spending time with her family and friends and enjoys walking her dog, horse riding and tending to her garden.
Sharon joined MCS as a Property Manager’s Assistant in 2010 and has recently become a Property Manager.
She has many years’ experience having previously worked in both Estate Agency and the Property Management field.
She has two children and enjoys family life, spending time with friends and has a keen interest in photography
Trish joined MCS in July 2008 and became a Property Manager within the organisation in 2009.
She spent 9 years living in Canada where she worked as Personal Assistant to one of the Directors of Ernst and Young in Toronto. When she returned to the U.K. she worked for a Property Management organisation until joining MCS.
She likes to spend her spare time with friends and family, walking her dog, watching Spurs, going to the theatre and enjoying holidays!
Denise joined MCS in 2006 and assists our Property Managers.
She enjoys many hobbies such as cake making, wine making and furniture restoring. She also enjoys family time with her six grandchildren.
Ellen joined the MCS team in 2018 as a Property Managers Assistant.
Outside of work, Ellen is a busy mum to 4 girls and one 1 granddaughter, she enjoys family life and socialising with friends.
Property Managers Assistant
Heather joined MCS in 2016 as a Property Managers Assistant, after many years working for the NHS in administration.
Heather is married and has one son. She likes cooking and reading.
Terrie, our in house accountant, is a qualified Chartered Certified accountant. She had a long background in the residential property industry before working in accounting practice and gaining her ACCA qualification some years ago.
Terrie works closely with the external independent accountants and auditors for each company dealing with the year end accounts and the relevant taxation, she also prepares the annual budgets for each of the Management Companies with the assistance of the Property Managers.
Outside work Terrie’s interests are with her family and grandchildren and enjoying holidays.
Alison has been working for the company for almost eight years, within that time she has had the pleasure of working in several departments.
Starting in the finance department, and moved to Solicitors enquiries, providing information to Solicitors in respect of property sales. Alison is now working in Accounts which she finds the most challenging yet.
She feels lucky to have worked part time all these years, so she can enjoy looking after her two children, which she spends her spare time doing.
Sue has worked in the finance department at MCS since 2011 dealing with the collection of service charge.
Prior to MCS Sue has worked in banking and property management.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and eating out.
Helen joined the finance department at MCS in December 2015.
She had previously worked in the retail and customer service industry, after graduating from university with a degree in dance.
In her time outside of work she enjoys spending family time with her partner and their young son, as well as participating in dance classes and shows when she can.
Tina joined the Finance Department at MCS in October 2018, having previously worked in Banking and Finance.
Outside of work Tina enjoys socialising with family and friends, reading, going to the theatre and travelling.
Carolyn joined MCS in 2007 as a Property Manager having been involved in various aspects of property management since 1992.
In 2019 Carolyn moved to a new role within the company as an administrator in a part time capacity.
Carolyn is married with 2 daughters and 3 granddaughters who keep her busy but she still finds time to enjoy keeping fit, going to the theatre and spending time in Spain.
Lianne joined MCS in the Solicitors Enquiries Department in 2015.
She has previously worked within the Property Management sector, both within Solicitors Enquiries and Sales and also as a Property Manager.
In her time outside of work she enjoys family life with her three young children, socialising and travel.
Insurance Claim Handler
Amanda joined MCS in the Insurance Department in 2019, having previously worked within the Property sector for many years.
In her spare time Amanda enjoys spending time with her 2 sons and walking her cocker spaniel. She also loves an early morning spin class at the local gym, socialising with friends, music concerts, F1 and travelling.
Jill joined MCS in the Insurance Department in May 2016.
Jill has worked in the Insurance industry for over 25 years.
In her time outside of work she enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her family, socialising and travel.
